## A little about about me

I’m a certified **Project Management Professional (PMP)** with a proven track record of helping leaders and teams turn strategy into action. Over the course of my career, I’ve guided organizations through complex transformations, built operating models that actually work in practice, and designed workshops and offsites that foster clarity, collaboration, and measurable results.

In addition to my PMP, I’m a certified **Human-Centered Design Practitioner**, bringing creativity and empathy-driven approaches into my work to unlock innovation and solve problems in practical ways. Whether it’s aligning vision with execution, building high-performing teams, or navigating organizational change, I thrive on creating structures that empower people and drive meaningful outcomes.

I combine strategic thinking with a facilitative, people-first approach—helping organizations not only achieve their goals but also build the trust and resilience needed to sustain them.
